Makes about 1 cup for 8 servings
Slather this on a baked spud, smear it on a beefy burger, or scoop it up with crackers. On the other hand, spooning it on scrambled eggs or tucking it into an omelet are good ideas too.
Ingredients:

1 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 ounces Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar or Seriously Sharp Cheddar, grated* (about 3/4 cup)
1/3 cup Cabot 2% Plain Greek-Style Yogurt or Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Bring small saucepan of water to boil; add broccoli and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

2. Drain in strainer, pressing out excess water. Dump into small bowl and add cheese; mash together until cheese is melted.

3. Stir in yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Use right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
