2 teaspoons mild paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon mild chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper or cayenne
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup Cabot 2% Plain Greek-Style Yogurt or Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
Salt to taste
1. Combine spices in small bowl. In small skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat. Pour in spices and stir just until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Immediately scrape back into bowl.
2. Stir in yogurt and season with salt. Use right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
