8 ounces Cabot Sharp Light Cheddar, grated (about 2 cups)
3/4 cup Cabot 2% Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1. In food processor, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
2. Serve with crackers and assorted fresh vegetables.
