Cabot Means Even More Than Great Cheese!
In addition to producing award-winning cheese, Cabot Creamery Cooperative is involved in dozens of community and environmental programs. Our partnerships range from ski areas to the canal schooner Lois McClure, and include small businesses, fellow cooperatives, arts programs, educational programs (teaching children about calcium), and a nationwide voter registration effort.

March is National Nutrition Month
To celebrate better health we've added a new feature to the Health section of our website. It's called "Recipe Makeovers". Each month we'll take a traditional recipe and make it over into a healthier version, one that's just as amazingly delicious! Check out this month's recipe makeover.
Big Winter Savings!
Cabot's annual Winter Sale has begun, and the catalogs are in the mail! This time of year we usually tell folks about all the snow outside our door, but this year many of you across America can probably tell us some amazing snow stories - what a winter! Although here in Central Vermont our winter has been a little milder than usual, many of our ski resorts are still operating with 100% of all trails open! And we're holding our breath since Vermont's weather always brings us at least one more big snowstorm before the tulips and crocuses emerge!

Our Recipe Pick: Cabot Cheddar Soda Bread Soda bread is most often identified with the Irish because the soft wheat used is the only suitable flour that can grow in Ireland's climate. We like it not only because it tastes good, but it's also quick to make! See recipe >>
