Summary: Full time position based in Montpelier. The successful candidate will provide research and analysis of market and retailer data for use by the marketing and sales teams and others across the company for sales presentations, authorization requests, and to address business questions.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • • Utilize ACNielsen market and retailer data to process, analyze, and deliver monthly reports on brand performance to Marketing, Sales and others within the company.
  • • Update and run reports from various resources to understand market conditions.
  • • Secure appropriate data from vendors such as ACNielsen, IRI and MTD to address ad hoc business issues from Marketing and Sales.
  • • Run reports and cull data as needed for analysis by Market Research Team.
  • • Prepare data, arguments and marketing materials necessary for retailer sales presentations with direction from Manager.
  • • Run reports and cull data from Spectra demographic systems.
  • • Familiarize yourself with multiple vendor data to respond to market research requests.
  • • Other research or program requests as determined by the manager and Sales Services Team.
  • • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • • BA/BS required
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required.
  • • Must be able to use various software applications to sort and manipulate data for custom needs and pull out the essential points.
  • • Familiarity with market research data such as ACNielsen and Spectra desired.
  • • Must have strong data skills and interest in market research and analysis.
  • • Must be able to meet deadlines, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and work as a team player, as well as independently.
  • • Highly-organized, responsible, detail-oriented person to handle a variety of duties under tight time frames.

Summary: We have an immediate opening for a full-time Dairy Process Engineer. This position will support the manufacturing plants by identifying equipment or process inefficiencies.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • • Perform projects that ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental best practices.
  • • Fill in for Plant Supervisors.
  • • Participate in 3-A Sanitary Standards; stay current on State, FDA, and USDA regulations effecting dairy processing equipment.
  • • Assist with the development and implementation of plant Capital Budgets and Projects.
Qualifications
  • • BS degree in dairy and/or engineering or related sciences, graduate degree a plus.
  • • The candidate must have knowledge of AutoCad and knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley).
  • • A minimum of 3 years experience in the industry is necessary.
  • • Must possess demonstrated analytical skills.
  • • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Summary: We have an immediate opening for a full-time Director of Food and Dairy Technology. This position will support the manufacturing plants by providing assistance in solving process/technology problems.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • • Perform analyses of product analytical results, yields, and/or other quality, environmental, or efficiency parameters.
  • • Identify trends and report results. .
  • • Projects may require capital, in which case responsibility may include, soliciting bids, determining best choices, writing justification for capital, scheduling, and managing implementation.
  • • Participate in long term facility planning.
  • • Provide technical leadership for potential new products, including managing plant trials.
  • • Assist and support the Vice-President of Technology on priority projects.
  • • Manage projects that result in improved operation: tighter controls, increased yield, etc
Qualifications
  • • B.S. degree in Dairy Science or related field, graduate degree a plus.
  • • Minimum of 10 years of experience in dairy products technology, must include work in plant environments.
  • • Proficient in data management and analysis, as evidenced by expertise with Excel and other data base tools.
  • • Demonstrated communication skills, both orally and written, along with Powerpoint presentation skills.
