Summary: This regular part-time position is based at our Montpelier DC (Distribution Center). Scheduled hours will be Sunday thru Thursday from 6 pm - 10 pm.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • • Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.

  • • Position involves running a pressure washer to clean tractors and trailers.

Summary: The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for all aspects of servicing our customers, sales representatives, and brokers. This includes, but is not limited to: processing orders, maintaining and understanding pricing and data files, researching pricing discrepancies, managing logistical changes, following “priority” POs, and managing inquiries. This position requires attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and a positive team member spirit.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • • Communicate with customers involving orders, inventory, and logistics
  • • Process order confirmation requests to the customer and/or broker / sales representative, using customer on-line tools for ASN communications.
  • • Provide feedback and summaries of customer scorecards.
  • • Work with customers and transportation team members on PO updates (i.e. add-ons, changes, deletions, etc.) and on logistical issues (date changes and shorted product).
  • • Communicate with sales reps regarding customers who have issues / concerns, for necessary feedback regarding orders, pricing and/or logistics, and to resolve price issues and discrepancies with the customer – this will require working with the sales rep to know and understand their pricing structure and strategy.
  • • Enter and manage pricing for customers. This may include using customer tools and price forms.
  • • Cross-train with other team members to provide backup support and to perform ad hoc reporting.
  • • Communicate opportunities for new technological development with the Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager. Work with the customer portal, if necessary.
  • • Perform Ad Hoc reporting as needed. This includes: monitoring sales history for trends on expired pricing or items, marketing report requests, and demo follow-up.
  • • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business.

Summary: This is a full-time, salaried position based in Waitsfield.   • • Coordinate relocation assistance for newly hired or transferring employees, as needed. Determine relocation specifics and provide relocation support and guidance to assist in making the relocation event as smooth as possible for the new employee.
