Summary: 1 position Cheddar Room 2nd shift 11:00am - Finish

• • Perform operations necessary to finish American cheese products including pumping curd from cooking vats to the finishing tables, draining whey from curd, breaking up curd and installing stirring and pushing utensils.
• • Make cheese wheels. Prepare and fill hoops, compress cheeses, and remove the finished cheeses to the drying cart.
• • Sanitize finishing tables and fine saver.
• • Palletize finished product
• • Monitor product quality

• • • Experience in a manufacturing production plant
• • • Ability to lift 60 pounds
• • • Good basic math and reading skills
• • • Good manual dexterity
• • • Ability to function as a team player with a positive attitude.

Summary: 2 positions Cheddar Room 1st shift 3:00am – 11:00am

Summary: Full-time night Sanitation Worker, manufacturing plant, start time 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. – midnight/finish, with some weekend work.

• • Disassemble, thoroughly clean, and reassemble pipelines, pumps, and processing equipment
• • Follow instructions while dealing with caustic acid cleaning chemicals
• • Weekend work required
• • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices

• • • Experience working with caustic chemicals
• • • Ability to read and write fluently
• • • Accuracy in basic math skills
• • • Mechanical aptitude required

Summary: Two full-time positions for Sanitation crew member, 3rd shift (10:30 pm – 6:30 am). Clean and sanitize equipment at the end of the production day.

• • Washing of equipment after production
• • Ability to work independently
• • Ability to follow important safety procedures while dealing with caustic acid cleaning chemicals
• • Physical ability to stand on concrete floor for a nine-hour shift.

Summary: Full-time, hourly position. Hours will vary, sometimes with very little notice, according to work required. The relief person must be able to fill in for any position, as needed, in the manufacturing plant. This will include filling in for other personnel during scheduled vacations, or in the case of absence from work, or any other reason.

• • Extensive experience and knowledge in all departments of the manufacturing plant.
• • Perform principal duties of any position in the manufacturing plant.
• • Be available at a moment’s notice for a flexible work schedule
• • Capability to work off from PLC screens
• • Needs to be a self-motivator and able to work with other employees and also work independently with little supervision
• • Needs to be capable to plan the work day of whichever position they are filling
• • Needs to be capable of working efficiently to keep up with the flow of the work operation
