2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup Cabot Regular Sour Cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 ounces Cabot Sharp Cheddar or Extra Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)
2 green onions, finely chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1. Whisk together oil, lemon juice or vinegar, mustard and garlic.
2. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and green onions.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
