8 slices Sourdough or whole-grain bread
8 ounces Cabot Sharp Cheddar or Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar, sliced*
1/3 cup Sundried tomato spread, basil pesto or mango chutney
1. Spread one slice of bread generously with tomato spread, pesto or chutney. Top with cheese and second bread slice.
2. Cook in two-sided electric grill or skillet. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares.
