Made this recipe with High School Foods & Nutrition classes,they liked it and had fun making it. This is a good recipe to reinforce 2x and 3x a recipe. on 12/04/2010
1/2 cup Cabot 2% Vanilla Bean Greek-Style Yogurt
1/4 cup low fat (1%) milk
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
