Anonymous Refreshing Change!

Anonymous on 11/16/2009This recipe takes seconds to make in a blender. I just cut Seriously Sharp (it's the best!) and toss the cheese chunks into the blender with the cream cheese and beer, no need to "shred" the cheese. Spread is good on sandwhiches, excellant with chips, celery, with crackers. Everytime I make this spread it's a big hit, and people lick the bowl clean it's so tasty and unique.
