6 rounds pita bread
2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 ounces Cabot Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)
4 ounces Cabot Mozzarella Shredded Cheese (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup slivered fresh basil leaves
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pitas on large baking sheet and put in oven until warm, about 1 minute.
2. Remove from oven. Top each with some of tomato, then sprinkle with cheeses and basil.
3. Return to oven for 8 minutes or until pita is crispy. Serve whole or cut into wedges.
