Holly on 06/21/2013Wow. Just Wow. I like all the ingredients independently and wasn't so sure how the combination in a smoothie might be but holy smokes, this is one is FANTASTIC!! It's not too sweet nor does the peanut butter or banana flavors overpower one another. This is definitely one on my Top 10 list!
ps. I didn't use ice, I used frozen bananas which produced a nice thick creamy consistency.
1 cup Cabot 2% Plain Greek-Style Yogurt or Cabot Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
1 cup ice
1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 bananas, peeled and broken in half
3 tablespoons unsalted natural peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
1. In blender, combine yogurt, ice, milk, bananas, peanut butter and honey; puree on high speed for about 45 seconds or until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
