Holly on 05/24/2013If you're looking for a smoothie that's a little sweet but not overly so, this is it! (This would also be spectacular with coconut!)
If you're using a Vitamix blender and don't want any discernable raspberry seeds, use variable speed 10 for the duration of the recommended blend time. (tip: extra liquid will keep it from getting too frothy.)
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup Cabot 2% Vanilla Bean Greek-Style Yogurt
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1. In blender, combine raspberries, orange juice, yogurt and syrup; puree on high speed for about 45 seconds or until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
