Makes about 4 cups
The tartness of the yogurt adds to the sharpness of the cheese and makes for a perfect Pimento Cheese.
Ingredients:

16 ounces Cabot Extra Sharp or Seriously Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 4 cups)
½ cup Cabot 2% Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
1 (4-ounce) jar chopped pimentos, drained
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until blended.
