The American Red Cross is happy to introduce a first-of-its kind Blood Donor App that puts the power to save lives in the palm of your hand. Through the app, users can schedule appointments, track total donations, earn rewards (like coupons for Cabot Cheese!) and invite others to join them on a lifesaving team. The Blood Donor App is a great new way to help meet the constant need for blood!

I got a “coupon” for donating but I have no idea how to use it. It gave me a code but never said what it was good for or where to put it to redeem it :(.

so I tried it 3 times and it never went through. Is your reward expired

I have been passing along these frustrations to the Red Cross team, and hopefully they can make improvements to this system to alleviate these issues. Give us a phone number and maybe a name of the person at the Red Cross we need to pester, until they remove the gremlins from system.
This is what happens when you feed gremlins after midnight.
Nope. They can’t even have Cabot cheese after midnight.

I tried to enter the code I was given several times. I received several messages such as invalid code, unable to process and also, the ultimate frozen screen. I was finally able to get the code processed but I have not seen/received anything as of yet. How long does it take before I see/get something? Will I physically get a coupon or what? Please clarify so not only myself but others, will know the specifics.

Hi, I am having some trouble getting the coupon code need to get the free cheese coupon. I am on the red cross app and it directs me to claim reward. When I click on the reward it doesn’t direct me to a website or link me in. It says reward cannot be claimed. Please fix this. I also tried the website for visit my reward. Doesn’t work either.
