Sometimes, here at Cabot, we just want to share the love of The World’s Best Cheddar. Out of this need to share, a contest was born – one with no complicated rules or recipe experimentation. We just wanted our friends on social media to share a picture of their favorite dish using Cabot Cheddar. The winner would be chosen from the submissions hashtagged #CabotBestRecipeContest on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter.

The prize was, if we do say so ourselves, pretty darned fantastic. Because, really, who wouldn’t want to win a year’s worth of cheese? To make it even more amazing, the prize included a year’s worth of cheese for the winner AND a friend.
Pictures of yummy, cheesy dishes came flooding in by the hundreds. Luckily for us, the rules said the winner would be chosen at random, because picking the best of all this deliciousness would have been an impossible task.
Who was that one lucky person, you ask? Dia Cronan is the happy recipient of a One-Year Supply of Cabot Farmers’ Legacy Cheese and she’s gifting the other One-Year Supply to her friend Betty. Congratulations, Dia and Betty. 2015 is certainly the year of award-winning cheddar for you both.
