I’m a huge fan of a quick and easy snack plate when I have guests over for dinner. I don’t have time to prep complicated appetizers (because I’m making dinner!) but Cracker Cuts make it so easy. I can pull together a simple cheese board with my favorite cheese (Seriously Sharp of course), some yummy crackers, pair it with a delicious brew, and that’s it! I’m a fan of 14th Star Brewing’s Tribute with all varieties of cheddar. Cheese plates have literally never been easier!

Summer time can be pretty hectic and go by way to fast, so I prefer not spend too much time in the kitchen slaving over a hot stove. I love to be out on my Mountain Bike enjoying the amazing trail network we have here in Vermont. So quick and easy dinners are a must! Love grabbing Cabot Cracker Cuts and running out the door and enjoying on the trail for quick added fuel or with a post ride beer…And since the container is resealable, if there is extra room I often throw in some nuts or fruit to to go with the cheddar.
And of course adding the convenient Cracker Cuts to a delicious simple grass fed burger with a side of greens is the best. Oh and I should also mention my four legged furry friends LOVE Cabot Cheddar Cheese Cracker Cuts too!

I like to hike. However, in the middle of the workweek I prefer to gaze upon the mountains, not climb them. So I seek out dirt roads with a view, pack my folding chair, favorite session IPA, crackers, and that pre-sliced sharp cheddar. Sun-splashed hillsides, birds chirping, tall grass rustling, and those evening storm clouds gathering. Ahhh… good old fashioned nature, man… isn’t it a treat? It’s great to depart as those first drops of distant rain reach me. Even better, I can put my uneaten cracker cut slices right back in the resealable packaging. They’ll be good to have around for the next midweek scene of nature I find myself sitting in.

We work hard and play hard. And by that, I mean we take great breaks when we work hard! On this 90 degree day, Cracker cuts straight out of the container made the perfect re-energizing snack break during an intense family construction project.

Even though I work from home, I don’t ever seem to have much time to prep lunch. What I love about Cabot’s new Cracker Cuts is that they can turn the simplest of snack ideas into something more substantial and worthy to be called a meal. Example: I like to layer leftover pork tenderloin on a hearty cracker and top with Pepper Jack Cracker Cuts, a touch of lime juice and a splash of salsa verde. So quick and easy, but super satisfying and tasty!

Some things are more important than others and for us it’s time that’s important. Putting this good meal on the table may have been easy but it was down right delicious. Besides, I’d rather spend time with my Farmer at the table than him admiring me slicing cheese.

Spring and summer are busy on our farm; we are taking care of the cows and getting crop work done at the same time. I don’t always get to sit down for lunch, I’m usually on the run, which makes cracker cuts ideal! I typically grab an apple, some crackers, a few cracker cuts of cheese, peanuts and a seltzer and I am fueled up to take on the afternoon.
