I LOVE Cabot’s Chipotle Cheddar cheese! But I can’t find it anymore. What happened to it and will it come back?

    Hi Donna! Unfortunately the level of sales for our Chipotle Cheddar cheese didn’t meet expectations and production has stopped. If you enjoy heat in cheese, I highly recommend Pepper Jack, Jalapeno Light Cheddar, or Hot Habanero Cheddar. They all have extra zing to them! ~Rachael

I bought a spicy cheese once in your Vermont store. Can’t remember the name, but I think it was infused with Indian spices. It was out of this world! Would love you to make it again.
