For cheese lovers only! (So, everyone.) This makes for the perfect pizza crust:
-Mix 1½ cups of your favorite Cabot Shredded Cheese with one egg, well beaten.
-Place the cheddar in a small cast iron pan, making sure it fills the bottom. Alternately, flatten out the cheddar and egg mixture to desired individual shapes and thickness on a baking sheet.
-Add your toppings!
-Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
-If using a cast iron pan, let cool completely before removing.

I like to take your Cabot extra sharp white cheddar and shred it. Then drop handfuls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350° until just starting to brown around the edges. Let cool and enjoy!

I never saw mini toasts in my grocery stores. Are they called something else? Looks like a nice low carb/lower calorie lunch with the small cup of soup as shown.
Re HACK #5: Low-Carb Mini Snack Sandwiches…Nutella is not Low-Carb in any way. Please don’t misinform people, it’s first ingredient is SUGAR and it’s 21 net carbs a serving.
