It’s that time of year – time to get out the grill and let the outdoor cooking magic happen! Here at Cabot, we look forward to grilling season and all the delicious meals that come with the warmer weather.

Because we’re so excited about grilling season and to get you in the mood for great grilled food, we’ve created two great new grilling recipes using The Big Green Egg and Lodge Cookware.

The first is a new take on a classic pizza recipe. Our Skillet Pizza Margarita with Cabot Alpine Cheddar & Fresh Basil combines the fresh tastes of an Italian garden with great grill flavor – the perfect party pizza or just right for a family dinner.

Next up is our new recipe for Philly Cheesesteak Smothered Burgers –delicious patties of beef loaded into a Lodge skillet and cooked to perfection on a Big Green Egg, smothered in onions, peppers, and Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar. Now that’s burger perfection.
