Monday
Ingredients
4 ounces Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)
4 ounces Cabot Sharp Lite50 Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (4-ounce) jar chopped pimentos, chopped
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Dash of hot sauce

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 4 (6- to 7-inch diameter) whole-wheat pita bread rounds, halved crosswise

- 8 eggs, hard boiled
