“Snacking can play an important role in an overall diet. Healthy snacks that are nutrient dense and made with nutritious ingredients are an important addition to three balanced meals, especially for growing children,” says Cabot R.D. Sara Wing.

We wanted to share some of our favorite healthy snacks from the Cabot recipe archives. These quick and easy family favorites taste great and will keep you satisfied throughout your busy day.
