Most of these recipes are non-starters for me because they sound awful. For example, buffalo wings are served with blue cheese. If you are suggesting that they be served with Greek yogurt, then they are an alternative, not a classic. The Philadelphia recipes are not accurate – you would not serve a cheesesteak on a sour dough bread. For the chicken parm calzones, you would normally expect that to be served with mozzarella. On the other hand, these did make me laugh, so thanks for the smiles.
