Cooking Method Counts – Show off your skills and create amazing stove-top or oven dishes like these Eggs in Bacon Potato Nests or Cheesy Sweet Potato Coins. Baking may take a little longer than frying, so choosing your recipe based on that may make dinner time a more personalized adventure.
Choose Your Weapon – Aside from making whole roasted carrots, your cutting tool is going to be key. Use an immersion blender to make creamy soups or sauces or a sharp grater to create carrot cake or these Nutty Carrot Balls for snacking.
Go All In – Root vegetable dishes don’t have to be exclusive. Recipes like this Shepherds Pie with Cheddar Crust can incorporate turnips, carrots and onions to create one amazing dish.
