Fall is rapidly approaching and with it comes an increase in some of our favorite fall vegetables, including squash. You may notice several new and interesting varieties popping up at the farmer’s market over the next few weeks.
If you’ve been avoiding a squash harvest because you’re unsure how to cook it, it’s time to stop! It’s an endlessly versatile veggie. Add it to some of your favorite fall recipes or get creative in the kitchen and try something new!
