Why is a “rustic cut” better if the cheese is going to melt anyway?

    Hi Art! the cut of the cheese is really personal preference! If it’s being melted, I agree that it’s not as important, but I know personally, that I tend to like the rustic cuts for my (cold) salads where as I like classic cut for my eggs in the morning! 🙂 ~Rachael
