1 16-inch loaf French bread, split lengthwise
3 tablespoons honey mustard
8 ounces Cabot Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (about 2 cups)
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
½ pound thinly sliced ham or smoked turkey breast

PREHEAT broiler and place French bread halves cut-side-up on a baking sheet and put under broiler until toasted.
SPREAD each half with honey mustard and sprinkle each half with Cabot Shredded Mozzarella cheese. Return to broiler until cheese is melted.
ARRANGE tomatoes and ham or turkey breast over one bread half and press the remaining half on top. Cut crosswise into four pieces and enjoy a scrumptious mozzarella sandwich.
