Born and raised in Rockland County, New York, Emily made her way to north to the University of Vermont where she graduated this spring, with a Bachelors in Human Science and a double minor in Public Communication and Nutrition & Food Sciences.
While on the road for Cabot this summer, she is excited to spread the word about how the Cabot co-op sustains local family farms, while giving back to local communities through the Department of Gratitude. Emily is eager to interact with dietitians and cheese lovers throughout the Northeast.
Emily’s go-to motto is "everything's bettah with cheddah!" and her favorite Cabot products are Seriously Sharp Cheddar and Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt. When not on the road with Cabot, she enjoys biking, going on walks with her springer spaniel Harley, and getting some sun at the beach!
