1 tablespoon taco seasoning
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
½ head of Romaine lettuce, shredded
¼ cup sliced black olives
4 ounces Cabot Sharp Light Cheddar, shredded (about 1 cup)

I admit to not having made the dip itself but I have made the Taco Seasoning in double batches because it is SOOO good! Planning on making the dip this weekend since my seasoning mixture is always on hand!
