What do you love about blogging?
Oh so many things. Most of all, the people I have met and the opportunities it has afforded me. My world has opened up so big since blogging came into my life in 2009, and I am so grateful.
Do you have a "tried and true" injury prevention routine/plan?
YES. I have a love/hate relationship with my foam roller. I can tell when I haven't been using it regularly because my knees and quads get tight, it's like they are tattling on me! When I am stretching, lifting weights, and foam rolling on top of my running, I feel the best.
What's your favorite post-run meal?
All the carbs! Pasta, pizza, anything and everything. I deserve it, right?
