Addison County, Vermont is home to many Cabot Farms and Ian Gill grew up in the middle of it all, in the town of Cornwall. He stayed in Vermont for his college years, majoring in Business with a focus on Finance at the University of Vermont.
He has been involved in agriculture all his life, growing up on his grandfather’s dairy farm, that his father has since converted into a dairy supply business.
He is excited to be meeting with Cabot consumers, giving them the opportunity to taste the “World’s Best Cheddar” and tell the story of the cooperative.
His personal favorite is Cabot’s Private Stock Cheddar. When not on the road for Cabot, Ian likes being outdoors, playing music, sports, traveling, comedy, and spending time with family and friends.
