I used this cheese in a broccoli-bacon casserole, along with cream cheese, after snacking on a couple of handfuls. Its sturdy flavor held its own against the broccoli and Wisconsin maple bacon! This is a product not to be missed, whenever a bold cheese flavor is called for. Glad to find it at my local Schnuck’s.
