LOVE THIS! As a lacto-ovo Vegetarian I eat 2 – 3 containers of this cottage cheese per week. By far my FAVORITE cottage cheese. I’ll eat it for breakfast with fruit and almonds, or mix it in my oatmeal pancake mixture. Lunchtime usage includes using it to top off a salad or in a wrap with hummus and vegetables. My only wish would be that there were a low salt version.
