Knead beef, egg, Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar (or Cabot Alpine Cheddar), breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and garlic powder in a large bowl until just combined. Form into 12 meatballs. 1 pound lean ground beef
1 large egg

½ cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
KNEAD beef, egg, Cabot cheddar, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and garlic powder in a large bowl until just combined. Form into 12 meatballs.
COAT Air Fryer basket with cooking spray. Set meatballs in the basket without touching each other, and air fry at 350° F for 20 minutes.
