These muffins are lovely…easy to make, light and tasty. They will become a go to” for my morning Bible studies and brunches. I did add some chopped pecans and a little apple sauce to the milk. I think next time I will add more cheese. But still
So fluffy! Delicious warm with butter! Everyone enjoyed them. Highly recommended.
Easy recipe. Very subtle cheese and apple flavor. Perfect for breakfast! I put some honey for more sweetness.
