Since this pitza recipe is so very simple, you only need roughly 15 minutes or so to prepare and serve the dish. In order to get started, you need some whole-wheat pita bread, half of a Golden Delicious apple, some honey mustard and two ounces of Cabot Garlic & Dill Cheddar (grated, preferably). Preheat your boiler, then cut up your apple in quarters—remember to remove the core too! Cut the apples into very thin, bite-sized slices, and place them in a bowl. Cover with honey mustard and toss repeatedly. Place pita bread on a baking sheet, and arrange your apples on the bread. Broil the pita bread and apples for three minutes, and then sprinkle with cheese. Then, place the pita back into the oven until the cheese turns a nice, rich golden brown.
