1 cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice made with Concord grapes
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
1 cup Cabot Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt or Cabot Triple Cream Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
Get the ingredients you need at a convenient nearby location.
BRING grape juice to boil in a large skillet over high heat, and cook for 5 minutes.
ADD blueberries and continue cooking until reduced and bubbling thickly, about 4 minutes longer.
TRANSFER sauce to bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled. When ready to serve, stir mint into sauce.
