If you happen to be someone who tends to avoid complicated recipes, then you’ll be happy to hear that our breakfast pinwheels recipe is surprisingly easy to make. The ingredients are basic, as you’ll only need some Cabot Cream Cheese, ricotta cheese, Cabot Lite75 Sharp Cheddar or Cabot Lite50 Sharp Cheddar, two teaspoons of powdered ranch dressing, some tortillas, and Canadian bacon (that’s the best part!). We suggest making the pinwheels at least an hour before your desired serving time, since they need to be wrapped in plastic and stored in the fridge so they can retain their distinctive “pinwheel” shape.
