3 tablespoons Cabot Unsalted Butter, divided
salt and ground pepper to taste
1 package Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12 rolls)
12 slices of Cabot Pepper Jack Sliced Cheese
12 thin slices of deli ham, approximately 6 ounces
½ tablespoon maple syrup or honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

PREHEAT the oven to 350°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
MELT 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. While the butter is melting, break eggs into a large bowl and whick together. Season with salt and pepper to tast. When the butter has melted and the skillet is hot, pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked. Remove from heat.
CUT the rolls in half horizontally keeping the individual rolls attached and place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet.
ARRANGE 6 slices of cheese on the bottom layer of rolls and top with the scrambled eggs. Fold the deli ham into 12 individual pieces and place on top of the eggs. Arrange the remaining cheese slices on top of the ham. Place the remaining layer of rolls on top.
MELT the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter, and combine with the maple syrup, salt and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the rolls with the mixture and bake until the cheese is melted, and the buns are golden, 10-12 minutes.
