To make 4 cheddar bacon burgers, preheat your grill and combine sausage, ground sirloin, grated Cabot Sharp Lite50 Cheddar Cheese, chili powder, ground chipotle pepper and salt in a large bowl. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping into patties.
Place patties on grill and cook for 10 minutes per side or until done.

4 ounces Cabot Sharp Lite50 Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground chipotle pepper

4 strips turkey bacon, cooked
COMBINE sausage and next 5 ingredients (through salt) in large bowl. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping into patties.
PLACE patties on grill and cook for 10 minutes per side or until done.
