Nonstick cooking spray
Prepared dough for 1 loaf basic white bread
6 ounces Cabot Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 1½ cups)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
ALLOW dough to rise slightly. Cut dough into chunks, place in bowl and knead in cheese and egg.
LINE bottom of bread pan with parchment paper; spray bottom and sides with cooking spray. Add dough and let rise until ¼ inch below top of pan.
BAKE for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden and loaf sounds hollow when tapped on bottom. Let cool completely.
