To make 4 buffalo chicken burgers, start by heating 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat in a small skillet. Add diced onion and cook, stirring often, until well browned, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Cabot Hot Buffalo Wing Cheddar cheese, finely chopped Fresno chiles, chopped fresh cilantro, hot sauce, salt, pepper and cooled onions. Form mixture into four equal patties.
