Meatballs:
1 pound ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
1 egg
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup King Arthur Cheddar Cheese Powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Spicy Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce
¼ cup Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt
¼ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
Sriracha Hot Garlic Chili Sauce to desired heat
Get the ingredients you need at a convenient nearby location.
To make the Meatballs:
PREHEAT oven to 350ºF.
COMBINE all ingredients thoroughly and form into 1 inch balls.
PLACE on baking sheet and cook at 350º for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
SERVE with dipping sauce.
To make the Spicy Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce:
COMBINE all ingredients thoroughly and chill before serving.
USE leftover sauce on burgers or sandwiches.
