1 loaf Italian bread (16 ounces, by weight)
1 pound Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 4 cups)
1 stick Cabot Unsalted Butter
1 large clove of garlic, minced or pressed
1 bunch of green onions (scallions) trimmed and thinly sliced
A fistful of fresh curly parsley, minced
Nonstick cooking spray and foil
