15 Frozen Mini Phyllo Cups
Scant ¼ cup Blackberry Jam or Jelly
8-ounce bar Cabot Cracked Peppercorn Cheddar, cut into 15 cubes
Fresh thyme leaves, garnish
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins | Total: 15 mins
HEAT the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
PLACE the phyllo cups on the prepared baking sheet and fill each one with ½ teaspoon blackberry jam.
PLACE a cube of Cabot Cracked Peppercorn Cheddar on top of the jam and push down slightly.
BAKE for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted slightly.
