COMBINE cranberry tangerine juice and honey in small saucepan. Heat to just below the boil, stirring to dissolve honey.
REMOVE from heat and add teabags. Cover pan and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove and discard teabags. Serve with sliced cheddar and warm roasted pecans.
This fruity tea is also delicious chilled- just double the recipe, let cool and serve over ice.
