If you’ve never had a savory lassi before, this is a good one to start with because it is very mild. For more adventurous lassi fans and for a more pronounced yellow hue, feel free to use a heavier hand with the turmeric.
1 cup plain Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt
½ cup ice water
1 small cucumber, peeled if desired, and ends trimmed, cut into quarters
⅛ teaspoon ground turmeric or ½ teaspoon grated fresh turmeric root
Generous pinch salt
Fresh lemon juice to taste
Finely shredded mint, for garnish
Prep: 5 mins | Total: 5 mins
PUREE yogurt, ice water, cucumber, turmeric and salt in a blender until completely smooth. Add lemon juice to taste. Enjoy immediately garnished with mint if desired.

This was amazingly yummy and easy to make. We love Cabot's Greek Yogurt, it's always in our fridge! Been on a smoothie kick lately and this was a great addition.
