To make 4 servings of curried turkey wraps, stir together Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt, raisins and curry powder in a small bowl. Spread mixture over spinach tortillas to within ½ inch of edge.
Sprinkle each tortilla with ¼ of Cabot Lite50 Sharp Cheddar, followed by sliced turkey breast, baby spinach leaves and grated carrots.

6 ounces sliced turkey breast
1 cup raw baby spinach leaves
½ cup grated carrots
STIR together yogurt, raisins and curry powder in a small bowl. Spread mixture over tortillas to within ½ inch of edge.

ROLL tortillas up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. (For appetizer, slice wraps crosswise into pinwheels.)
My family loved this wrap. I used bread as well and it was of course delicious. The Curry provides some additional flavor but you can always leave it off if the kids don't like....
