8 ounces Cabot Sharp Lite50 Cheddar, grated (about 2 cups)
¾ cup Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
COMBINE all ingredients in food processor; process until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
SERVE with crackers and assorted fresh vegetables.
