4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Light Style 100% Whole Wheat Bread
4 teaspoons Bolthouse Farms® Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing
2 Cabot Sharp Lite50 Cheddar Slices
½ cup (⅛-inch-thick) slices Granny Smith apples
Nonstick cooking spray
SPREAD two bread slices with 2 teaspoons of dressing. Top with 4 or 5 apple slices and 1 slice of cheese. Add remaining bread slices.
PREHEAT skillet over medium heat. Coat pan lightly with cooking spray, then add sandwiches.
COOK until lightly browned on underside, then turn over and continue cooking until browned on second side and cheese is melted.
